Social Events at Stour Sailing Club
After a difficult year we look forward to restarting our active social programme.
The Stour Sailing Club offers a wide range of social activities for members both on and off the water.
Recreational and competitive sailors enjoy dedicated events and an increasing number of members are taking up rowing and paddling.
Watercraft of all these types can participate in club scheduled picnics along the stunning beaches of the Stour. The club organises a ‘Sudbury to the Sea’ for those with Kayaks/Canoes/SUPs.
The clubhouse hosts a friendly bar, themed dinners, coffee and cake mornings, our regatta, photography competition and occasional quiz nights.
Once a year, a formal dinner and dance is held at a local venue.
All events are listed on the club calendar and members will receive more information ahead of each event.
So whatever your interest on the water or if you’re simply seeking a more active social life, there is much to enjoy as a member of Stour Sailing Club.
