2023 DINNER DANCE WIVENHOE HOUSE
Following this evening’s committee meeting it is with regret and disappointment that I have to confirm that I have no alternative than for the good of the club to cancel the above.
Firstly, through the lack of confirmed responses to attendance secondly the menu choices and thirdly payment. These events are usually well attended by the members and their guest and are usually such fun and enjoyed by all, however understandably with the financial climate and following Christmas this may not have been the best timing for this event. Those that have paid will be reimbursed please send your bank details to treasurer who will arrange transfer. It is hoped that the event will be re tried hopefully in October with an End of Summer Ball at the same venue. Details will be posted nearer the time by our events and social secretary where hopefully we can inspire a bit more interest.
